CyberGhost review (2026): our test
Streaming-optimised servers and a 45-day guarantee. Anyone who wants a ready-made "BBC iPlayer" or "Netflix US" server.
- ✓Servers optimised per streaming platform
- ✓45-day money-back (the longest)
- ✓Huge server network
- ✓Polished apps
- –Only 7 devices
- –Owned by Kape Technologies (like ExpressVPN), which bothers some purists
Speed and streaming
Its strength: servers labelled by platform ("BBC iPlayer", "Netflix US", "ITV"). Click and it works. Decent speeds, a notch below NordVPN. Huge network (11,500 servers).
Privacy
Romania HQ, outside intelligence alliances, quarterly transparency reports. Owned by Kape Technologies, like ExpressVPN and PIA, which some purists dislike.
Price and refund
About €2.19 a month on two years (+2 months free). 45-day guarantee, the longest on the market: ideal for a full month’s trial.
Verdict
Ideal if TV is your priority: click the "BBC iPlayer" server and it works. The 45-day guarantee makes it risk-free to try.
